We offer Construction Project Management to projects under construction directly for the Owner or General Contractor. Our management styles adapt to the needs of the project.  

The construction budget is NOT the project budget. We help Owners manage all financials of a project including soft costs like furniture, equipment, materials testing, etc. Without an Owner Representative, these soft costs can catch an Owner off guard and impact the project.
